Aunty Lil's Relish
Aunty Lil’s Relish is a well-loved homemade tomato based relish recipe, influenced by my grandmother’s aunty, Lillian. Over the years, the recipe has been finessed into what it is today; it’s the perfect balance of sweet and savoury - not your classic relish/chutney which is usually either sickly sweet or too tart.
This recipe is a two day process - which has contributed to the name of ‘Double Parched’ as a business so naturally it holds a special place in our hearts.
Aunty Lil’s Relish is perfectly paired with so many foods such as (but not limited to) toasties, your morning eggs, on a burger or with your steak. We’ve even received feedback that it makes a delicious salad dressing!

INGREDIENTS:
Tomatoes, brown onion, white sugar, white vinegar, curry powder, dijon mustard, plain white flour, white salt, wholegrain mustard.
CONTAINS: gluten.
