Aunty Lil's Relish
Aunty Lil’s Relish is a well-loved homemade tomato based relish recipe, influenced by my grandmother’s aunty, Lillian. Over the years, the recipe has been finessed into what it is today; it’s the perfect balance of sweet and savoury - not your classic relish/chutney which is usually either sickly sweet or too tart.
This recipe is a two day process - which has contributed to the name of ‘Double Parched’ as a business so naturally it holds a special place in my hearts.
Aunty Lil’s Relish is perfectly paired with so many foods such as (but not limited to) toasties, your morning eggs, on a burger, with your steak or my favourite with a cheese platter (think quince paste vibe, but better!). I’ve even received feedback that it makes a delicious salad dressing!

How it works:
Contact me to arrange drop off by Wednesdays.
I’ll contact you to organise pick up (or free local delivery) on Saturdays.
*The jars fully reseal so they are preserved as usual. Not required to be consumed immediately, but I know they will be!

Tomatoes, brown onion, white sugar, white vinegar, curry powder, dijon mustard, plain white flour, white salt, wholegrain mustard.
